Catarina Cubo, student of the Doctoral Programme in Industrial and Systems Engineering of the School of Engineering, presented her doctoral work at the 45th Quality Colloquium of the Portuguese Quality Association, last November 11, in Lisbon.

The presentation took place within the parallel session 2 entitled “Master’s Dissertations | Doctoral Theses”, which aimed to enable students to present their master’s dissertation or doctoral thesis, regardless of whether these were already finalised or defended.

The theme of the presentation was: “The multidimensional quality and the measurements of quality in organisations”. The objective of the work is, as the student says, “to understand the integration of quality and how it is measured, aggregated and unfolded in the different levels of an organisation, in order to better understand how the measurement of quality is made”.
