Rita Dias, master’s student of the Quality Engineering and Management Course, and member of the Quality and Organisational Excellence Research Group at the University of Minho, was awarded the Best Paper Award at the Graduate Student Paper Competition, at the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Conference held in Lisbon, from 18 to 20 July, with the article: “From Concept to Industry: Development of a Capability Roadmap Towards Quality 4.0”.
