Luís Ferreira, André Pilastri, Filipe Romano and Paulo Cortez, authors of the article “Prediction of Maintenance Equipment Failures Using Automated Machine Learning”, won the “Best Paper Award” of the 22nd International Conference on Intelligent Data Engineering and Automated Learning (IDEAL 2021).

The paper was developed in the scope of the R&D project “CognitiveCMMS”, involving the Center ALGORITMI of the School of Engineering, the CCG – Computer Graphics Center and ValueKeep, Lda. The award ceremony took place at the end of November in Manchester, UK.
