Braga Municipality has distinguished Keep Solutions, a technological spin-off linked to the School of Engineering of UMinho, for adopting “Good Practices of Equality and Inclusion”. The diploma delivery took place on February 23rd, in a public session at Paços do Concelho (Town Hall), in Braga, chaired by the town councillor Carla Sepúlveda and that honoured eight entities.

In the scope of the project “Braga – An Intercultural Journey”, that municipality distinguished companies in the county that promote equality and diversity in a labour context. Through mentoring activities and under the banner of appreciation and respect for diversity and tolerance, the “Guide of Good Practices for Equality and Inclusion” was developed.

This guide aims to promote the development of good practices in companies with a lower level of implementation of equality and diversity management, as well as to support the dissemination of initiatives that enhance diversity in the workplace as a positive differentiation.
