On 6 May we opened our doors to innovation, collaboration and talent!
We welcomed representatives from Continental, Petrotec and Grupo Casais, as well as some teachers and representatives from the student centres of the different EEUM courses, to the UMinho interfaces that work in engineering areas, for a moment of networking, sharing and bringing together the academic world and the business community.
These links are essential for preparing the future of engineering – more collaborative, more applied, closer to the real challenges of industry.
This initiative is part of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Agenda, a School of Engineering agenda dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, launched at the last edition of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Showcase, which brought together more than 40 spin-offs, start-ups and UMinho interfaces in 2024.
We would like to thank CVR – Centre for Waste Valorisation, Fibrenamics, CCG/zgdv Institute, PIEP – Innovation in Polymer Engineering, DTx Colab for opening their doors and for the excellent networking.
