Rui Vieira de Castro, Rector of the University of Minho, and Eugénio Campos Ferreira, Vice-Rector for Researching and Inovation, visited several laboratories at the School of Engineering on May 6, to follow the resumption of activities and speak with some of the researchers of the EEUM.

The visit to the laboratories was accompanied by the Dean of the School of Engineering, Pedro Arezes, and the Vice Dean of EEYM, Estela Bicho Erlhangen. The delegation had the opportunity to veify the policies implemented in the laboratories of the research centers 2C2T, CMEMS, ALGORITMI and ISISE and in the DTx – Colab to learn more about the new work context of the researchers.

The delegation also visited to the Library of the Campus of Azurém, which opens doors again in stages on May 11 and with limited occupation.
