Tomorrow Needs a Welcome, was the motto of the welcoming session for the most recent members of the academic community of the School of Engineering, organized by the School Presidency, which took place in the Azurém campus on May 8th.

The main objective of the session was to introduce the new teachers, researchers and administrative and management technical workers to the structure of the University of Minho and the School of Engineering, the main areas of action/pillars of the school, namely the Integration in the Community, the Pedagogical Component and the Scientific Component, as well as the services of the presidency, the procedures and those responsible for them, favoring an informed integration and facilitating the daily life of these new members of the School.

At the end of the session there was still time for a brief social gathering among all those present.
