On 22 April, EPIC Junior – the University of Minho’s Junior Engineering Company – organised the second edition of the “Inceptio” initiative at the Azurém campus in Guimarães. The aim was to connect university students with professionals and the business community, in a space dedicated to sharing ideas, learning, networking and entrepreneurship.
The event included workshops and guest speakers on innovations in the world of sport and artificial intelligence, as well as a prize draw, a cocktail reception and a motivational session with comedian João Seabra. This edition featured partner companies Insys, ABB, Norelem, ST+I, Guimaelectra and Progest.
EPIC Júnior is a non-profit association, run exclusively by students from the UMinho School of Engineering. It operates in areas such as consultancy and technological development.
