On February 27, the University of Minho Engineering School received a delegation from Fujitsu to present the areas of expertise and skills of ALGORITMI, CCG, and HASLab, as well as the activities of SAP Next Gen Lab UMinho.
The meeting took place at CCG facilities, with the presence of the Pro-Rector for Research and Projects, Filipe Vaz, EEUM Vice-President Paulo Sampaio, the Directors and Officers of the Research Centers and SAP Next Gen Lab, namely José Machado, José Nuno Oliveira, João Álvaro Carvalho, Rui Dinis Sousa, as well as Carlos Neves, João Moutinho and Paula Monteiro, from the CCG.
Three elements were present from Fujitsu: Christophe Stempfle, from FuJitsu Central Europe Digital Transformation Services OPS GLEN, Oliver Sonn from FuJitsu Central Europe Digital Transformation Services EA SAP E & S and Marcos Marques from Fujitsu GSDU Portugal GDC Business Development.
The Fujitsu representatives expressed great interest in the various activities and competences presented by the Research Centers and the CCG, and proposed to deepen, in the short term, the collaboration with EEUM in the areas of information technology and information systems.
