On January 23, the Engineering School received the Pedagogical University of Maputo. The delegation, composed by Jorge Ferrão, Rector of that institution and José Castiano, Vice-Rector, was received by the Dean of the School of Engineering, Pedro Arezes, by the Vice-Rector for Education of the University of Minho, Laurinda Leite, and by the Head of EEUM Internationalization Office, Sofia Barbosa Pereira.

The visit took place following an invitation from the Rector of UMinho, with a view to enhancing existing collaborations, now in the areas of nanotechnologies and robotics.

The program also included the presentation session of the Centre ALGORITIMI and visits to DONE Lab – Advanced Manufacturing of Products and Tools and DTx – Digital Transformation Collab.
