On 26 June, “Tomorrow Needs Team-Building” took place, an initiative organised by the Presidency of the School of Engineering with the aim of strengthening team spirit and creating different moments of interaction between the services of the School of Engineering and the members of the School’s Presidency team.
The activities carried out throughout the day helped to work on skills such as leadership, communication, time management, creativity, trust, delegating responsibilities and teamwork. At the same time, the team was able to meet in one place for a day, interacting beyond the “work context”, thus increasing proximity between older and newer members of the team and providing moments of social interaction, which are equally important for strengthening relationships and a sense of belonging.
In view of the very positive feedback on this initiative, a new edition is planned for 2025.
