Under the 5th edition of UMinho INTernational Week, which brought together 46 representatives of 26 partner universities, the Presidency of the School of Engineering received the visit of representatives of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University (Jordan), University of Pretoria (South Africa) and HUST – Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Vietnam). The delegation was welcomed by the School of Engineering Vice-President, Professor António Vicente, and by the head of the Internationalization Office, Sofia Barbosa. The representatives of these universities had the opportunity to visit DoneLab, the ALGORITMI Center (GEPE Laboratory), where they were received by Professor Gabriel Pinto, and ISISE/IB-S, represented by Professor José Sena Cruz.

The 5th edition of UMinho INTernational Week, organized by UMinho – International Relations Office, was marked by the usual sharing of experiences and best practices in the area of internationalization of education. The representatives of partner universities participated in thematic panels, workshops, individual meetings with Schools, Institutes and Services Units, in addition to being able to visit the campus and participate in recreational activities.
