The University of Minho is one of the 22 partners of the José Neves Foundation (FJN) under the “Income Share Agreement FJN” (ISA FJN) programme. A pioneer at national level, this programme aims to support access to training and the acquisition of skills by the Portuguese population through the award of 1500 scholarships corresponding to the tuition fee.

The EEUM courses eligible for this first edition of the Programme are the Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering and Telematic Services, Product Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Bioinformatics, Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering.

Interested students can apply at https://joseneves.org/pt/definicao-isa, authenticating themselves with the digital mobile key of the citizen card and submitting the proof of enrolment in the course or training, the proof of the current account and the IRS declaration. If the application is approved, FJN will pay the tuition fee directly to the educational institution.

The amount of the scholarship is refundable and must be paid to the Foundation when the student is employed and receiving a salary above a certain amount.
