These are 30 years of history that deserve to be celebrated with all the pomp and circumstance. On 24 November, Afonsina brought an unprecedented show to the CC Vila Flor’s Grand Auditorium, which covered the songs that have marked these 30 years.
The show was attended by many guests and friends who shared the stage with Afonsina. Tuna Universitária do Minho, Tun’Obebes and Gatuna are the academic groups. Simão Neto, a pianist from Guimarães, Marisa Oliveira, a singer and conductor, and Ângelo Fernandes, a trumpeter, joined a list of guests who, in a very special moment, performed songs together with the tuna. Finally, also from Guimarães, the Banda Musical de Pevidém shared the stage and, for the first time, a Tuna and a Philharmonic Band played together on the stage of the Vila Flor Grand Auditorium.
Once again, the School of Engineering congratulates Afonsina on 30 years of success!
