GermiSafeBOX54 is a product created by the company Thermopista from Braga, accompanied and tested in partnership with the Centre of Biological Engineering of EEUM and the Physics Department of UMinho.

It is a technologically advanced sterilization box that allows the complete elimination of bacteria, viruses or fungi that cling to footwear, clothes, masks or other objects.

In a statement, Rui Folha, Thermopista’s CEO, said that it was “innovative, unique, efficient and very close to 100% effective, allowing the complete elimination of bacteria, viruses or fungi that cling to shoes, clothes, masks or other objects”.
